Each year, Kinghorn Law hosts Trustee School for our clients, their children, Trustees, and Power of Attorney Agents to learn more about how your trust works and what they need to do if something were to happen to you.
Trustee School will be hosted via Zoom on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 6:00pm and Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 10:00am. The same presentation will happen at both webinars, so you only need to sign up for one!
Trustee School attendees learn:
- How a Trust works, and how to minimize risk to your estate.
- Responsibilities of a Successor Trustee.
- Practical tips on being a Trustee or POA Agent.

Many clients and their family members tell us the things they learn at Trustee School have proven to be invaluable when someone dies or becomes incapacitated. Until that time comes, it’s best to follow the Boy Scout motto to “Be Prepared.”
